Bounce Squad Summer Training 2024
HS/College/Open Training Group Main Session
Runs from June 24th - August 15th
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday nights, 5:30-7:30pm.
Held at the track at Weston (MA) High School at 444 Wellesley Road
(There will be no practice on July 4th)
Bounce Squad - Summer of Speed
THIS IS FOR TEAM/FIELD SPORT ATHLETES. All T&F Athletes should register for the main practice sessions.
Tuesdays and Thurdays, 4pm-5:15pm @ Weston HS.
July 9th - Aug 15th (12 sessions)
Limited to 40 athletes maximum. Open to athletes entering grades 9-12.
What We Do
At Bounce Squad, we work to improve the athlete as a whole through top tier technical development, mental preparation, and physical training for speed and power. We believe that proper technical preparation allows for highly reduced injury risk, higher mental stimulation, and improved performances & consistency.
Who Can Participate
BSTC Main Training Group:​
Ages: HS (entering grades 9-12), Collegiate, Open
Events covered: Jumpers (LJ, TJ, HJ), Sprints, Hurdles, Multi-events (Pent/Hep/Dec), Mid-Distance, Distance/XC.

NEW SUMMER 2024: We will be offering throws sessions.
Monday & Wednesday 4pm-5:30pm
Pricing & Attendance
Sessions for Summer 2024 are purchased in packages of 4, 8, 12, 16 or 24 sessions. These sessions can be used for any practice session throughout the summer, and do not need to be used for consecutive days/used in a single week. Unused sessions at the end of the summer will NOT roll-over to future seasons.

We also require all participants to be members of USATF. USATF membership covers supplementary insurance for each athlete during our practices. USATF membership is also required to compete at many open meets during the winter & summer.

Please choose to list us as your active "USATF-Registered Club" when you are registering with USATF. If you do so during registration (or wish to submit for a transfer request), our club membership number is 02-9075.
NOTE: That number is only valid for athletes from MA, RI, NH & VT.

Additional Info
Please note that it is the policy of the Bounce Squad Track Club to not limit people's access to the Club's Training based on their ability to afford it. If you are experiencing financial difficulties and cannot afford the practice session fees, please contact us/ submit this form – we can offer a financial package and will work out a satisfactory solution to everyone’s benefit.

Registration this year will done here on our website. Payment can be made via credit card [either on the website or in person via iPhone Tap to Pay], Apple Pay, cash or check. If you are paying via Venmo (@BounceSquadTC) cash or check, please enclose with the payment a note that specifies which athlete(s) is being paid for and how many sessions are being purchased. Thanks.

Note: You must bring receipt/proof of your USATF membership to your first session or you will not be allowed to participate.

All Bounce Squad athletes who attend a session will receive a free T-Shirt. Athletes who purchase 16 or more sessions in a summer will also receive a free Bounce Squad singlet (valid until 6/5/24). The singlets and additional T-Shirts are also available for purchase here.
Summer Competitions
For athletes that are looking to compete during the summer, there are a few options that we at Bounce Squad will be attending!

USATF-NE Junior Olympics (Sat, 6/22) @ Fitchburg State University - This meet is for athletes under the age of 18. This meet has age group divisions, beginning with the 8 & Under division. The remaining divisions are split into 2 year groups, with the 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, 15-16, and 17-18 divisions. Athletes must be active USATF members AND have DOB verification in order to register on Athletic.net. The top 8 qualifiers from this meet will qualify for the USATF Region 1 Championship on July 12-14 at Icahn Stadium in New York.

Bay State Games (Sat, 7/20) @ Regis College - This meet is for athletes aged 10 and older. The Bay State Games has 4 main divisions: Junior (ages 10-14), Scholastic (ages 15-18), Open (ages 19-39), and Masters (ages 40+).
The meet is USATF sanctioned, but a USATF membership is NOT required to participate. However, being a USATF-registered member of the Bounce Squad Track Club would satisfy one of the eligibility requirements. Eligibility requirements and all other meet information is available here.

USATF-NE Open Champs (Sat, 7/27) @ Regis College- We encourage our athletes to attend the USATF-NE Open Championship meet (7/29), which we are able to use as a mid-summer progress check. This year, it is being held just down the street at Regis College in Weston, MA. USATF membership is REQUIRED to participate in this meet, and it is for HS athletes and older. This meet will have team scoring. Further meet information is available here.

Jumps Empire Summer Classic (Sat, 8/10) @ Weston HS - We at Bounce Squad will also be hosting our own meet, the MetroWest Jumps Empire Summer Classic, in collaboration with Patriot Pole Vault on Saturday, August 10th.
